PASSIVE GUARD is not a concept. It's a validated technology on a clear path to market. We measure our progress using the Technology Readiness Level (TRL) framework, the same scale used by NASA, the European Commission, and NATO to evaluate defence and deep-tech innovations.

• TRL 4 — Validated Prototype (Completed — April 2026)
A fully integrated prototype was built and validated in a real-world controlled environment, co-funded by the European Union through Spain's FEDER NextGenerationEU programme. Core RF capture, AI analysis, data anonymization, and real-time dashboard, all confirmed operational.

• TRL 5 — Real-World Environment Testing (Current focus)
Detection performance validation under real operational conditions, outdoor perimeters, private estates, and complex RF environments. This is where prototype becomes product.

• TRL 6 — First Pilot Deployment (Pre-seed objective)
First deployment with a strategic partner. Full system integration includes monitoring platform, custom alert configuration, and operational validation. This is the milestone our pre-seed round is designed to reach.
